 KN Associates was formed in November 1990 by Diane Keleghar. Her experience
covered seventeen years with the leading UK Charter Airline Dan Air Services
Limited, where she was an integral part of the Commercial and Planning
Department and specialised in charter licensing.
Among our first clients was Airtours International Airways Limited /
MyTravel Airways who remained with us until their merger with Thomas
Cook Airlines spring 2008.
Experienced, aviation management specialists, we provide comprehensive, informed consultancy
and qualified management support to airline investors, aircraft lessors,
airline and other aircraft operators, air travel businesses and other
air transport service users.
Our collective, hands-on experience embraces the broad spectrum of regional
through to long haul passenger and cargo operations and familiarity
with a wide variety of aircraft types. We have experience of scheduled
and charter air services, military and humanitarian relief airlift
support, high-yield niche market services, discreet VIP and corporate
shuttles and emergency medical evacuation / repatriation operations.
David French has been working for KN Associates since the mid 1990's and
is experienced in all aspects of the company also specialising
in the compilation and submission of CAA Statistics
He also has 20 years experience in computer programing, software
management and bespoke data base design for specific requirements
and Slot Management fleet programmes.
Also Web Design, Hosting and creating specific packages for the new start up airlines.
Open Skies in Europe
 With
the advent of open skies in Europe and the introduction of European
Union Coordination regulations. KN Associates found that more and more
their clients were looking for specialists in the latter field and
over the years they have strived to give their clients an expert and
professional
service in advising them on the complexities of coordination and being
their representative in this field whether it be attending the bi-annual
IATA Slot conferences or submitting their slot requests to the relevant
coordination organisations.

However we still look after the licensing factor for the majority of
our clients and are responsible for obtaining permits throughout the
World
CAA Statistics
We also provide a service for submitting the monthly CAA Statistics
for several Airlines. Not only to the UK CAA but also USA, Australia,
Barbados
and Canada.
